First 6 Weeks Home is private, virtual recovery coaching for adults rebuilding daily routines, accountability, and stability after treatment, sober living, IOP, or PHP. Together we turn your priorities into a realistic plan for everyday life.
Treatment scheduled the day. Home does not.
Coming home can mean going back to work, family responsibilities, appointments, bills, unstructured evenings and decisions that no longer come with a built in routine. You may know what you need to do, but still need help turning that plan into real follow through. That is where coaching comes in.
Your path. Your plan.
There is no one right recovery path.
Coaching can work alongside 12 step, non 12 step, harm reduction informed, faith based and other client chosen recovery pathways. My role is not to tell you what recovery has to look like. My role is to help you build structure, follow through on your commitments and keep moving forward with the plan that fits your life.
What working with a sober coach can look like
As a sober coach, I help you build a realistic weekly routine around work, appointments, recovery support, rest, and responsibilities at home. We review what is working, prepare for difficult moments, and adjust the plan together. Your goals and chosen recovery pathway guide the work.
Coaching is support, not treatment.
NXT30 Coaching is nonclinical. I do not diagnose, treat addiction, provide therapy, supervise detox, prescribe medication or provide emergency or crisis care.
Coaching can complement treatment and therapy, but it does not replace them. If something is outside the scope of coaching, I will encourage you to connect with the appropriate professional support.
